1. ABOUT THE DESTINATION TRAIL*
Location: Tuba, Benguet

2. REQUIREMENT
Previous climbing experience (Not for beginners)

3. DAYS TO CLIMB: 1

6. ITINERARY

Entry point: Bgy. Twin Peaks, Tuba, Benguet
Exit point: Mt. Sto. Tomas/Mt. Cabuyao summits, Tuba, Benguet

05:00am Meet up at Burnham Park gate (facing Rizal Park, near the fountains), breakfast
05:30am Ride van going to La Union or Dagupan
06:00am ETA bgy. Twin Peaks, start trek
   Terrain: Concrete road
   What to Expect: A very long road (Usual complaint: "Are we there yet?")
06:30am 1st waiting shed, water break
07:45am 2nd hanging bridge (1st hanging bridge is not passable)
07:50am 2nd waiting shed, rest stop, water break
08:45am ETA Chapel of our Lady of Guadalupe, rest, photo opp
09:00am ETA Blue House
   Terrain: Rough road
   What to Expect: A house painted blue, water-refilling station
09:30am ETA Forest
   Terrain: Forest trail, mostly steep
   What to Expect: Masukal, leeches (limatik) and muddy trail during rainy season
11:00am ETA campsite, lunch
   Terrain: Trail, grassland
   What to Expect: Can see the coastline of La Union
12:00nn Resume trek
   Terrain: Forest trail, mostly steep
   What to Expect: Masukal, leeches (limatik) and muddy trail
01:30pm ETA valley, traverse valley
   Terrain: Rocky trail
   What to Expect: Going to cross the valley, going down first then up
02:00pm: End of valley, now at Mt. Sto. Tomas
   Terrain: Rough road
   What to Expect: Rough road, view of Baguio and Mt. Cabuyao (location of 2 radars)
03:00pm ETA Mt. Sto Tomas summit
   Terrain: Concrete road
   What to Expect: view of Baguio and Mt. Cabuyao (location of 2 radars)
03:45pm ETA store near the foot of 2 radars at Mt. Cabuyao, snacks, rest
06:00pm: ETA Esteban Store (jeepney station) at Green Valley, take taxi to city proper

7. WHAT TO BRING

a.  Personal

Day pack (fully water-proofed with day hike essentials)
Packed Lunch in a lunch box (not in disposable take outs)
Trail food/snacks
2 liters of water (can refill at the Blue House)
Jacket/windbreaker
Arm sleeves/leggings
Gloves
Headlamp with extra batteries
First aid kit and personal medicine
Umbrella/raincoat
Cap/visor
