Jump-off point: Brgy. Sihi, Buenavista, Marinduque
LLA: 13.2413°N; 122.0136°E; 1157 MASL

​​3. REQUIREMENT TO CLIMB
Climb permit from Brgy. Sihi, Buenavista, Marinduque

4. REQUIREMENT TO JOIN (To determine and ensure fitness for a whole day of climbing. Honor system: No proof required)
a. Day hike within the last 3 months, or
b. 5k run in 40 minutes within the last 3 months but not within 3 days prior to the event, or
c. Un-timed, continuous 10k run within the last 3 months but not within 3 days prior to the event

0900am Assembly at jump-off point at barangay hall of Brgy. Sihi, secure guide, briefing and final preparation
0930am Commence trek
1000am ETA viewing area looking north, photo opp, rest
1100am ETA military outpost, register, rest 
1200nn ETA summit, photo opp, lunch
0100pm Commence descent
0145pm Back at military outpost, photo opp in the fog, rest
0400pm Back at jump off, close the climb, wash up, snacks, post-climb


8. WHAT TO WEAR

a. Appropriate hiking apparel (Recommended: Dri-fit shirt, hiking pants, arm sleeves and leggings if wearing shorts for protection against cogon/talahib and other tall grasses)
b. Hiking or trail running shoes. Hiking sandals are acceptable depending on comfort and durability.

Day pack (fully water-proofed with day hike essentials)
Water in reusable container (volume based on consumption, ideally 1.5 liters)
Packed lunch in reusable container
