Lamot 2 barangay hall, Calauan, Laguna About 80% of trail covered by canopy. The only totally exposed area is the summit, which features limited grassy areas 3. REQUIREMENT TO JOIN (This is to determine and ensure fitness for a whole day of climbing. Honor system: No proof required) a. Day hike within the last 3 months, or b. 5k run in 40 minutes within the last 3 months but not within 3 days prior to the event, or c.
